Pip, an orphaned boy desperate to survive in an increasingly fascist state, is taken in by a theatre troupe famous for its nationalistic and propaganda-heavy plays. However, he quickly discovers that everything is not as it seems and the theatre is actually a vital apparatus of resistance used to pass secret information between a government informant and a floundering rebellion. When it’s revealed that the the state’s Supreme Leader is set to attend a play at the theatre, Pip must decide whether to play a part in the assassination plot.

This screenplay is being completed in fulfillment of an Advanced Screenplay course. It is currently in drafting stages and seeking commission.
